Nilendu G. Jani, Ph.D.
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jani is the founder of the company and is
responsible for overall company direction and approach, and development
of the technologies. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Jani was with i2
Technologies as a Product Manager, where he successfully developed
and managed the Tactical Inventory Planner and Strategic Buffer
Management products from concept to market leadership. He also consulted
with key clients on Supply Chain Management. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Jani
was with Sabre Decision Technologies as a Senior Consultant, where
he designed scheduling-optimization algorithms for real-time
day-of-operations airport resource management. From 1990 to 1994, he was
with American Airlines as a Senior Knowledge Engineer developing
an intelligent real-time queue management system for pricing and yield
management, forecasting algorithms for predicting passenger demand and
jet fuel prices, and pattern classification algorithms for fraud
detection and aircraft maintenance. Between 1986 and 1990, Mr. Jani held
various positions in applied research and development. he holds a PhD
in Mathematical Sciences and a MS in Computer Science from the
University of Texas at Arlington, and a BE in Electronics and
Communications Engineering from Gujarat university, India.

Dawn M. Branam
Vice President

Ms. Branam is a founding member of the
company and is responsible for Strategy, marketing and Sales. From 1997
to 1999, Ms. Branam held Senior Management positions with Whittman-Hart,
Inc. and Lotus Development Corporation's Professional Services
Group, where she provided insight into leveraging technology for
strategic advantage. Ms. Branam came from EDS, having joined in
1993 as a Business Development Manager with the Technical Products Division
in Dallas, Texas. She was later instrumental in building the Strategy and
Marketing Team for EDS' Global Travel Services SBU and served as Director
of Strategy with the Travel and Transportation Group. Prior to that, Ms.
Branam played a key role in the development of Arthur Andersen &
Co.'s highly successful Business Consulting Unit. Ms. Branam began
her career in 1986 as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in San
Francisco, California, where she earned her CPA. Ms. Branam holds
a BBA from the University of Houston, Texas.

Mohee M. Parikh

Ms. Parikh is a founding member of the company
and is Vice President responsible for Finance, human Resources and
Administration. From 1995 to 1999, Ms. Parikh was a Financial Manager
with Angel Group, LLP, a Risk and Project Management firm. Her
primary responsibilities included finance, accounting, payroll and
taxation. Prior to that, Ms. Parikh was a Corporate Law Advisor at Core
Parentals, Ltd., a multi-national corporation in India. Ms. Parikh
holds a MBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the
University of Dallas, and a BS in Accounting and Law from Gujarat
University, India.
